Keeping water clean and safe in your caravan or motor home is a chore. Chemical cleaning is the norm and there are plenty of handy tips available for sterilising and de-odorising your freshwater tank and pipe system. If you don’t the water can quickly become contaminated, take on a stale odour from bacterial growth and may become unsafe.

Easier and Safer

Plation Floats cut the amount of work needed to keep your water clean and fresh. You will no longer need to chemically clean out and refill the tank on such a regular basis. You need only top up the tank as needed. Plation will go on keeping the water in your caravan or motor home clean, fresh and safe enough to drink for up to 2 season*.

Plation floats come in various sizes to suit the size of tank and volume of water being used.

Easy, straightforward installation

Insert the PNS float into the tank via the inlet filer pipe and secure it by a tying it onto the tank’s filler cap for easy removal and replacement. Or, if you have a tank with an easily accessible wide hatch, use a PNK float, as shown right. It is that simple and straightforward.

Cleaning your freshwater tank...

*The normal working life of a PNS or PNK float is up to 1 year or 2 seasons. However, when used in heavily chlorinated water this may be reduced by up to 50%. You are advised to check the float on a regular basis. If the Plation float has turned black then the silver has oxidised and is less affective and you should therefore replace it immediately.
